All pieces are made in our studio here in London. Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days, but some orders may take a little longer, please get in touch if you need your order urgently
Silver designs will be shipped 2-3 working days after placing your order.
Gold-plated designs will be shipped 2-5 working days after placing your order.
Stone Set and Solid Gold pieces will be shipped 2-10 working days after placing your order.
All standard delivery items are shipped in the UK via Royal Mail First Class Signed For and express delivery is shipped via Special Next Day Delivery.
International Orders are sent via a Signed for Service. Express Worldwide Shipping options are available on request, but do take into account the making times outlined above.

We cannot change/amend the delivery address on orders once they have been processed or dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Items not received but tracked as being delivered - this frequently happens when items are delivered to work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within the company. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
