Standard UK Delivery - 2-6 working days
Priority Manufacturing & Shipping - 2-3 working days
International - 7-10 working days
All pieces are made in my Hatton Garden studio. Most orders will be made & shipped out within a few working days. Personalised orders; like engraved, diamond, 9k & 18k gold pieces may take a little longer, please get in touch if you need your order urgently, and I will see what I can do.
Myia Bonner insures each purchase from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point the receiver becomes responsible for the shipment. When a recipient other than yourself is specified for delivery purposes, you also accept that the third party’s signature is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Myia Bonner.
If you allow the carrier to leave the parcel outside your front door without a receiver’s signature, Myia Bonner does not take responsibility for the delivery.
We offer a 90 day warranty for all orders placed after March 2023. Our warranty covers general wear and tear and repairs to items as long as all components are present.

How to request a refund;
- Log into your account (use the email you originally placed the order with).
- A 6 digit code will be emailed to you
- You will now see your previous order(s)
- Orders that are eligible for a refund will display a "request return" button next to the "buy again" button.
- Click request return
- Select your reason for the return
- Click request return again.
You will receive an email from us when your order has been approved (usually 2-3 working days) with the return instructions.
Once the item has been received and is satisfactory for a full refund, another email will be sent to confirm the completion of your refund.
It may take a few days depending on your original payment method for the refund to show on your bank statements.

Some items are not eligible for refund and will not show a "return request" button in your account.
- All solid 9k, 14k, 18k gold & platinum pieces are made-to-order and can not be returned.
- All personalised and engraved pieces can not be returned.
- All earrings due to health & safety regulations can not be returned.
Goods will only be accepted for a full refund if you cancel the order in writing within 14 days of the date you received the item(s).
The item must be returned within 14 days, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once received, we will be happy to refund / exchange the item for an alternative product.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the jewellery back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
