Can I Order for Next Day Delivery?
Yes, you can choose express delivery at checkout, depending on if the item is in stock, or can be made in time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order to confirm if it is available for next day delivery.
Can I Order a Gift?
Yes, you can just add "GIFT" into notes at checkout, you can also add a personalised note to the recipient at checkout. The receipt will not be sent within the package if you let us know it is a gift.
Can I Order a Ring With a Half Size?
Yes! All our rings are made to order, so just pop it in the notes at checkout the exact size that you would like to have made for you.
I Don't Know My Ring Size - What Should I Do?
If you do not know your ring size, we strongly advise you go to a local jewellers and have them measure your UK ring size. We will try as hard as we can to advise you on your ring size but we can not be held responsible for determining it. Everyone likes wearing their rings differently depending on the shape of your hands - it's best to go and get measured!
Does My Jewellery Have a Warranty?
Every piece of Myia Bonner Jewellery is covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty applies to all online orders on www.myiabonner.co.uk. The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase.

We understand how upsetting it can be to lose an earring and be left with just half a pair. So that you can replace your missing earring we do offer a lost earring service where you can purchase one earring at a discounted rate.

Can I Try Before I Buy?
Yes, you can arrange an appointment at our studio in London to try on a piece before you buy it, to book an appointment please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively you can see our list of stockists here, some stockists only carry a smaller selection of pieces, so please get in touch to see if they have your desired design.
I've Ordered the Wrong Ring Size - What Can I Do?
If you've ordered the wrong ring size - don't worry, all our rings are made-to-order, and can be re-sized for a small fee. Please email email@example.com to find out about our ring re-size service.
Please include the size of the current ring, material and desired ring size.
Is There a Repairs Service Available?
Yes, we offer a repair & reconditioning service, Within the 90 day warranty period this is free of charge upon receipt of a copy of the proof of purchase.
If your jewellery is outside of the warranty period we are still able to offer this service to you for a small fee.
Do you Re-cycle Jewellery?
Yes! If you have some old jewellery you would like made into something new, we love working creating something new from something old, holding its sentiment.

How Do I Return my Jewellery?
Even the finest jewellery requires a little extra attention now and again. Should your jewellery require repair please return it to us.
Please email before sending the piece to email@example.com. Stating as much information about the piece as possible.
Once your jewellery has arrived with us it will be assessed by Myia and we will keep you up to date with the next steps.
