Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the "contact us" page in the footer of the website within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
We offer a 90 day warranty for all orders placed after March 2023. Our warranty covers general wear and tear and repairs to items as long as all components are present.
- Please note -
- All solid 9k, 14k, 18k gold & platinum pieces are made-to-order and can not be returned. Please get in touch with us before placing the order if you would like to buy multiple sizes to try-on.
- All personalised and engraved pieces can not be returned.
- All earrings due to health & safety regulations can not be returned.
Goods will only be accepted for a full refund if you cancel the order in writing within 14 days of the date you received the item(s).
The item must be returned within 14 days, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once received, we will be happy to refund / exchange the item for an alternative product.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the jewellery back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
