Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please log into your account via the "account" button in the menu or footer or by clicking here:

 How to request a refund;

  1. Log into your account (use the email you originally placed the order with).
  2. A 6 digit code will be emailed to you
  3. You will now see your previous order(s)
  4. Orders that are eligible for a refund will display a "request return" button next to the "buy again" button.
  5. Click request return
  6. Select your reason for the return
  7. Click request return again.

You will receive an email from us when your order has been approved (usually 2-3 working days) with the return instructions.

Once the item has been received and is satisfactory for a full refund, another email will be sent to confirm the completion of your refund.

It may take a few days depending on your original payment method for the refund to show on your bank statements.


- Please note -

Some items are not eligible for refund and will not show a "return request" button in your account.

  • All solid 9k, 14k, 18k gold & platinum pieces are made-to-order and can not be returned.
  • All personalised and engraved pieces can not be returned.
  • All earrings due to health & safety regulations can not be returned.

In some circumstances, we may offer you a partial refund on made-to-order / bespoke items, minus 25% of the order value which is towards the cost of making the item under your instruction (placing the order).


Goods will only be accepted for a full refund if you cancel the order in writing within 14 days of the date you received the item(s).

The item must be returned within 14 days, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once received, we will be happy to refund / exchange the item for an alternative product.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the jewellery back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
